In 2017, MRA acquired the 133-acre former Rohm and Haas research and development campus and transformed it into Spring House Innovation Park, a premier destination for innovators across the globe. The success of SHIP inspired MRA to
acquire the former 163-acre DuPont Chestnut Run Labs campus in 2021. Renamed Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park, CRISP will provide state-of-the-art laboratory, research & development, advanced manufacturing facilities, class A office and coworking space, as well as campus amenities to benefit the tenants and local community.
