PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MRA developed a 14-acre site and the construction of a 337 suite, 1,049 student housing project. MRA worked as owner’s representative for the University and performed pre-development financial analysis and site due diligence. Other responsibilities included oversight of project development, land planning and approvals, architectural design, construction management, and digital infrastructure. MRA continues to provide property management services for the University.
