MRA’s 201 Veterans Way Welcomes Holy Redeemer and Muve Health

MRA Group, the Horsham, PA-based real estate solutions firm, completed the 36,000-square-foot development at 201 Veterans Way in Warminster, PA welcoming tenants Holy Redeemer Health System and Muve Health. The newly built, state-of-the-art community-based medical services facility has been developed as part of a strategic initiative for lead tenant Holy Redeemer Health System to expand its outreach efforts to patients throughout Bucks County. Kansas-based Muve Health, nation’s premier outpatient value-based total joint replacement provider, seeks to establish its presence in the Warminster area delivering an innovative approach to total joint replacements and modeling recovery rooms after five-star hotels. At this location, patients will have access to a range of ambulatory services, including radiology, population health, laboratory, as well as primary and specialty physician services. The new facility has been developed using the methodology called “dreamscaping,” which uses design to foster the best possible experience for patients. The interior design represents the next generation in community-based healthcare delivery.
