Spring House Innovation Park

Adaptive Reuse

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MRA acquired the former Rohm and Haas research and development campus and embarked upon a massive revitalization effort to transform the abandoned 133-acre property with 14 buildings totaling approximately 600K square feet. The redevelopment includes repositioning the existing buildings into multi-tenant laboratory and office spaces, a boutique hotel, conference center, restaurant and brew pub. Building improvements include new facades, class A common areas and energy efficient mechanical systems. Campus improvements include walking trails, a fitness court, common courtyard with a fire pit and a state-of-the-art central utility plant that supports laboratory tenants. The redevelopment is creating a regional ecosystem of innovation and collaboration.
