Hank is a seasoned facilities management professional, experienced in all facets of building engineering, management, safety, and maintenance. His expertise includes operating maintenance budgets of $26 million and construction projects up to $65 million.
Hank is extremely knowledgeable on preventative maintenance and CAFM systems, mechanical systems and electrical controls, and is proficient in Building Automation Systems (BAS). His most recent projects include the management of Tek Park, a 137-acre 500,000 square foot multi-tenant technology campus in the Lehigh Valley.
Mr. Merrill lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife.
