ADVISORY
Our all-encompassing menu of advisory services affords our partners a multi-tiered approach to any project, ensuring comprehensive, well-thought solutions for any requirement.
Advisory services may include all or some of the following: developing a strategic plan, analyzing data, determining the best approach to financially structuring the deal, conducting lease/purchase analysis, and/or structuring business partnership.
DEVELOPMENT
We partner to meet unique requirements, work within specifications, provide a stable return on investment and reposition clients’ assets in the marketplace.
Development services may include all or some of the following: land planning and development, adaptive reuse, build-to-suit, site analysis and selection, establishing development strategies, design guidelines, securing government approvals.
MANAGEMENT
Through our property management division, we have more than 4.5M square feet in commercial real estate under management.
Management services may include all or some of the following: facility management, asset management, project management, lease administration, property accounting, property repair and maintenance, energy & environmental solutions.
OUR HISTORY
Medical Realty Advisors was founded in 1991 by Lawrence J. Stuardi, who was an early advocate of community-based health care delivery systems. MRA was at the forefront of developing non-traditional centers that responded to its clients’ vision with sensitivity to the environment, the patient, and the caregiver. Today, MRA Group is a respected advisor and top developer in the Philadelphia region’s health care, higher education and life sciences industries, providing state-of-the-art laboratories and research and development facilities for biotech companies, global life science organizations and world renowned academic and research universities.
