Project Description

MRA completed the development of a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility. MRA managed due diligence, governmental approvals, land acquisition, building design, and construction. The project team established budget and parameters, and ensured the project remained within both. MRA directed internal departments to coordinate user requirements (i.e. data/communications). Leasing criteria was also established while obtaining lease commitments both internal and external.
