Project Description

First fit-out as a Bottom Dollar Food site, MRA converted the 19,000 square foot space into a state-of-the-art outpatient facility that incorporates sustainable design and advanced energy management control systems. Client “experience design” concepts were also included in the design to enhance patient experience. The outpatient facility offers a range of ambulatory services including radiology, laboratory, primary care, and specialty physician services.
